Protein localization within cells regulates accessibility for interactions with co-factors and
substrates. The endoplasmic reticulum (ER) BiP co-factor ERdj4 is up-regulated by ER
stress and has been implicated in ER-associated degradation (ERAD) of multiple unfolded
